Does it really not use any ink or toner?
That's right. It uses thermal printing: the print head heats special thermal paper to form the image, so there are no cartridges to buy or refill. The trade-off: it needs thermal paper (regular copy paper won't print) and prints in black and white only.
What devices can I connect it to?
Phones, tablets and laptops over Bluetooth or a USB cable. The manufacturer lists support for iOS, Android, Windows and macOS through its companion app.
How long does the battery last on a full charge?
It has a built-in 2000mAh rechargeable battery that charges over USB-C. The manufacturer rates it at up to 200 pages per charge; real results vary with what you print.
What kind of paper does it use?
Thermal paper in US Letter (8.5 × 11 in), A4 (210 × 297 mm) or A5 (148 × 210 mm). A starter supply comes in the box, and refill packs are widely sold online. Thermal prints can fade with heat, sunlight and time, so keep a digital copy of anything you need to archive.
Is the print quality good enough for business use?
For everyday black-and-white documents such as contracts, invoices, tickets and notes, prints come out crisp and clean. It is not a photo printer and does not print in color.
How long does shipping take?
Orders ship within 1–2 business days, and delivery typically takes 7–15 business days after that. Shipping is free on every order, and you'll receive a tracking number by email.
What if I change my mind?
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, as long as the printer is unused and in its original packaging. If it arrives damaged or defective, email support@shoppaperly.store right away and we'll make it right.
